It takes an army! I've never had an entourage before! Nor have I ever had my makeup professionally done inside of a horse barn … ha! This fun, little featurette goes behind the scenes of my author photo session for In The Reins. The footage filmed by Alex Manos stars Melanie Elise of Melanie Elise Photography, makeup artist extraordinaire Linh Le, fellow horsewoman Joan Holsten, my hubby and my horse. I couldn’t have done it without them! We captured the perfect photo for the About the Author page of In The Reins! On the day of this photo shoot, my book was still unpublished and I was an author fanning the fires of a flickering dream.
